I hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and a specialized IT certification for hospitality facilities. I also regularly deliver lectures for an ITS course in Hospitality Management. With over 25 years of experience in the tourism industry​,​ I began my career managing a small events office and progressed to oversee a cluster events office handling more than 3​,​000 RFPs annually​,​ later managing 4 and 5-star resorts. I have worked with prestigious international companies like Rocco Forte Hotels and Marriott International. My hands-on experience in coordinating sales and operations departments enables me to seamlessly integrate solutions​,​ bringing valuable know-how and best practices from diverse environments. In recent years​,​ I have focused on consulting for hospitality software integration​,​ working with systems such as Event Temple.
