I started my hospitality career as a bell attendant in Hawai'i​,​ gaining industry knowledge and eventually advancing to General Manager of one of the most highly rated properties in the country before becoming an Asset Manager and working in development. Throughout my journey​,​ I focused on equipping my team with the right tools to ensure exceptional guest experiences. We founded AG Hospitality Consulting to help other properties achieve similar success​,​ serving numerous clients nationally and internationally with expert service​,​ support​,​ and advice.
